Each clinic is customized to teach advanced skills to players in the areas of:

BATTING:
Pitch selection preferences, self-correct your hitting faults for good, develop consistency by putting yourself in the best position to gain the advantage against any pitcher in any pitch count.

FIELDING:
Ball, Base, Backup, know when to do these things instinctively at the advanced level. Put yourself in the best possible position to react to batted or thrown balls.

PITCHING:
Develop superior performances on the mound time after time through advanced arm, leg and overall body conditioning secrets. Conquer control, arm speed and velocity problems with advanced mechanics that will amaze you when you see how simple they are to learn but will identify you as a standout.

BASE-RUNNING:
We'll show you how to be instinctive on the base paths whether you're stealing, taking an extra base, or sliding.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Glove, bat, sneakers, batting gloves, and hat. Catchers should bring their own equipment.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
Players should bring lunch and drinks for the day.
