PU shows number of outs with one or both hands below the waist palms forward. Mirrored by BU.

Infield Fly Rule Situation -- 
NO OUTS - PU puts left fist in front of brim of hat. Then show number of outs.
1 OUT - PU puts left fist with index finger extended in front of brim of hat. Then show number of outs.

Plate Umpire is covering 3B -- 
PU puts his left fist on the left side of his ribcage and then moves the left arm to the left in parallel with the ground.

Plate Umpire will cover 3B on a verbal call -- 
PU pulls at his left ear.

Timing Play/Staying Home -- 
PU taps his left wrist and then points to the plate.
