Question 1: Runners on second(R2) and third(R3). Two outs. Batter(BR) is being given an intentional walk. During the intentional walk BR strides into an outside pitch and hits the ball foul with one foot on the ground totally outside the batters box.
WHAT'S THE CALL?
BR is out. Dead ball.
Explanation: A batter is out for illegal action when--he hits the ball with one or both feet on the ground entirely outside the batters box.

Question 2: Batter(BR) hits a fair fly ball into deep right field over the right fielders(F9) head. F9 throws his glove at the ball and hits it. F9 gets to the ball and relays to third were the third baseman(F5) tags the BR out.

Dead ball. R1 is out. R3 is returned to 3rd. BR to 1B.
Explanation: Any runner is out if he is touched by a fair ball before the ball has touched or passes an infielder. No runners can score or advance.

Question 8: No base runners. Batter(BR) has a count of 3-1. Pitcher delivers a ball that bounces before the plate, batter takes the pitch. The pitch strikes the catcher's shin guards and rolls into the dugout out of play.

Dead ball. BR is given 1st for the walk.
Explanation: If a pitched ball goes out of play. Each runner is awarded 1 base from the time of the pitch. By rule the BR shall be entitled to 1st base only.

Question 10: Runners on 2nd(R2) and 1st(R1). No outs. Batter(BR) pops the ball towards 2nd base that the 2nd baseman can catch with ordinary effort. The pop fly strikes R2 who is standing on 2nd base and drops to the ground.

N.A.P.B.L. Umpire Manual 4.7 which states:
4.7 INFIELD FLY HITS RUNNER ON BASE
If a runner is touching his base when touched by an infield fly, he is not out, although the batter is out. Further, if the infield fly touches him while on base in fair-territory before passing an infielder, the ball is dead and no runners may advance.
